Quarterly Sales Reporting

All businesses selling distilled spirits are required to file a quarterly sales report with the City of Newnan, showing the percentage of food versus alcohol sales by quarter and year-to-date. Per Section 3-87 of the City of Newnan Code of Ordinance, the Licensee shall, within 30 days following the end of each quarter, file a report sworn to by the licensee, setting forth gross sales of the licensee for the quarter, sales of food and non-alcoholic beverages, and sales of alcoholic beverages. The quarterly sales report can be submitted electronically by using the City's Online Forms Portal.

Per Section 3-110 of the City of Newnan Code of Ordinance, the City has the right to revoke the Alcohol License if the Licensee fails to file the required quarterly reports in a timely manner.
