Impact Fee Applications
Development impact fees for new residential construction are $1,110.81 per house, or in the case of multi-family development, per unit.
Commercial Impact Fees are not preset but are calculated based upon the proposed use and, in most cases, the size of the project.
The application forms provided on this page are designed to facilitate the ease of inquiring about or filing an impact fee.
