The City of Newnan through its NSP sub-recipient, the Housing Authority of Newnan (HAN) is pre-qualifying licensed general contractors, certified residential appraisers and certified housing inspectors for the Neighborhood Stabilization Housing Program (NSP). This program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) via the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and will be subject to all federal program requirements and NSP policies and procedures.
Interested parties must submit an application form for consideration. Application forms will be accepted on an on-going basis until completion of the program; however, only parties that have completed the application forms will receive bid packages as they become available.
