The City of Newnan Fire Department today celebrates Firefighter Cornell Rollins’ retirement after 26 years of service. At his retirement celebration at Station 1, FF Rollins remarked that he enjoyed his 26 year career with the Newnan Fire Department. "I just really appreciated the opportunity to be with all you guys. It was well worth the journey.”
Fire Chief Stephen Brown observed, “We are honored that FF Rollins invested in our community for 26 years. His dedication to the fire service and commitment to keeping Newnan safe is deeply appreciated.”
